My mom and I really enjoyed our Valentine's Day brunch here. We're both vegetarian, and there was a lot of the menu beyond salads for us to order! I really enjoyed the spicy quinoa bowl -- the tofu was really well done and flavorful. Always cool to see local art on the walls. I believe they have music some days as well. A nice stop if you're in Oak Park, and it's in walking distance from the Conservatory!
Found this place by searching and reading Google reviews. Love this area. Very artsy! Good prices and good food. Also, our server was great. She was good to check on us often. Food flavor was yummy. My ham & cheese panini was very good. Ham had a strong maple flavor, not my favorite, but it was still good. My wife's fruit was so fresh and delicious too.
Lovely warm-feeling and cozy cafe with a variety of breakfast and brunch options. My partner and I both had the salmon toast with different sides. If this isn't the most delicious thing they have, I'd love to know what is, because it was incredible. I got mine with gluten-free bread as they have several options to substitute if you need to. The cappuccino was also delightful. We'll certainly be back again!
I’ve had a wonderful experience at this cafe! Huge shout out to Mallory (I hope I spelled it correctly!) who was so professional, kind, and got me to try matcha for the first time per her recommendation (it’s absolutely delicious). Cozy and friendly atmosphere with tasty food and drink, definitely a place I’ll revisit more than once.
The Sunday Brunch French toast was excellent. They have a lot of great gluten-free options as well.
This place is soooo good! Staff are friendly and helpful. Coffee is and the food is delicious! This egg and bacon everything bagel was amazing. Love coming here whenever I get the chance.
I live four blocks from this place and i love it. Buzz Cafe has a cozy vibrant feel to it. There are paintings all over the walls along with creative and rustic feeling furniture, it is very welcoming and they are serious about their coffee. Food is also great too, smaller portions and genuine flavour makes this place a must for a quick coffee trip before work or a place to grab some lunch and relax. Less than a block away from the blue line means that it is also more than convenient.
Cute, cozy neighborhood coffee shop with amazing service, good eats and a decent menu of options. I enjoyed my tea and the atmosphere immensely. Tucked away a bit in the Arts District so you might miss it - but don't!
